Wifi card suddenly stops with no error

(note: restarting the laptop fixes this until it happens again) this is something that happens randomly, I'll be doing something (usually requiring internet) and all the sudden the wifi card disappears from the connections list. I cannot see why this happens and it seems to happen randomly with no pattern. Opening device manager to the wifi card says that it has an error code 14 and that I need to restart to fix it, if I go the the details tab under Status I get these messages Wifi card suddenly stops with no error-bruh2.png and under problem code I get this Wifi card suddenly stops with no error-bruh3.png this is fixed by restarting but this happens 2-4 times a day and gets really annoying

I'd try updating to the latest driver from Intel.

Then I'd try running in safe mode with networking.

If none of those work, I would start to suspect a bad network card in your laptop.

I was going to point the finger at your wireless router, but it looks like you are getting actual errors on the NIC.

this is the latest driver, I guess a laptop from 2006 doesn't work too well in win 10, I might just end up paying for windows 7

If the only problem is the NIC, then I'd get a new mini-PCIe WiFi card.
