    My favorite part of this article was the ISP telling people who have network connectivity issues to visit their website. Yes, most people have phones etc. now that can do this, but if you think about it, if you only have one device that's a pretty funny recommendation.

    that'd be a recommendation that'd see those without smart phones going 'I DONT HAVE A SMART PHONE YOU DOPES!' at the top of your lungs, and until recently I'd have been one of them...
