My PC cannot leave the homegroup

I have two computers which used to be connected via a Homegroup until we moved last week. Earlier today I noticed that neither of us could access each other's files. I was able to leave the homegroup on my wife's PC, but every time I try to do so on mine I get this error: Windows couldn't remove your computer from the homegroup.

I've already deleted C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst and rebooted, but that didn't help. The file keeps reappearing. SFC /SCANNOW reports no errors, nor does anything appear in the Event Viewer.

    Any other suggestions?
