My router shows connections for disposed of digital recorder

However, I cannot find them, and indeed even those connections which should still be in existence. A search on "network" results in an unmanageable output. I want to get rid of the spurious entries. They must be somewhere otherwise I don't see why the router reports them.

    Please, can you help?

The Gateway will purge them when the leases are up. If the device no longer exists on the network, just having them show up in logs or reserved IP's for that MAC ID, they are not hurting anything. A simple reboot of the Gateway will release those IP's if you want to use them.

So they will clear themselves; that's OK now I know. :) Out of curiosity, how long do leases last and what is the lessor of the lease in such cases?

Usually after 30 days. Same with the Netbios is remembered by all machines on the network, until the router/gateway tells them that those leases are no longer valid.
