Wirelessly Signal Completely Stops
I have a NetGear C3000 just recently bought. Cable Modem/Router Combo. I have Windows 10. I'm so frustrated right now. I go to load up a game and all of the sudden the wirelessly signal completely stops...meaning no devices in the entire house can get wireless. I have to turn off the box unplug/plug turn on and let it go threw the lengthy process of booting back up only to have to repeat the problem not even a minute later when loading up the same game. Factory reset the router just in case it was a setting and no still doing it.
Called my ISP they said the internet is fine, called NetGear...couldn't understand much on the phone call...had me go here there change this number that number never explain why. (that was yesterday) today same problem.
Light internet usage it seems fine. Opening a game and waiting for game to load in...wirelessly completely stops...don't know what to do I'm loosing my mind.
2 event log messages that I seem to be constantly getting.
1970-1-1, 00:00:31 Critical (3) SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=9c:3d:cf:9e:32:98;CMTS-MAC=00:00:00:00:00:00;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0; 1970-1-1, 00:00:39 Critical (3) No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=9c:3d:cf:9e:32:98;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:65:fa:54;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;
ISP always suggest what if you plugged directly into the modem...Ok I'm tired of hearing this...of course if I plug in it's going to work fine I don't want it to work plugged in I want it to work like it should! Wirelessly
