Give me thirty seconds on the network or in front of their computer with the other user as administrator. I can be into the other folders before you aak me what I want to drink. No special tools needed.

I really do not see why people suddenly lost their minds when 10 came out and threw security out of the door, thinking that Microsoft had their best interests. The only company that I allow to remember stuff is for Chrome, since i use it between multiple devices.
