OneDrive / SharePoint Duplicate cloud icon

OneDrive / SharePoint Duplicate cloud icon-capture.png
A unwanted second cloud icon has appeared in the navigation panel (see attached) and in my notification area on taskbar. I wish to remove this second cloud icon, ending in (1). It seems to be affecting the updating of my files on the original cloud icon. From the notification area for the original I get the message "OneDrive is up to date, ASCCA" - but it isn't! It's not updating.

I've tried Microsoft advice to pause syncing & resume syncing, etc.

I suspect the second cloud icon may have appeared when using Teams > Files. This is just a guess. Our Teams' members are not the entire group who need access to the original cloud.

I welcome your advice. I have received superb advice from this forum in the past. Thank you.

It's not exactly the same problem as yours, but you might want to see if this video offers you some suggestions.

Eureka! This worked. The new personal OneDrive replaced the duplicate business OneDrive. I then unlinked it. All is functioning correctly now. So happy!!! Thank you.
