Error Unidentified Network (Ethernet) Windows 10

So, today i got home and jumped on my Dell laptop (Latitude E6530) I realized i had the yellow alert "thingy" on the Ethernet symbol. I then clicked on it and it says Unidentified Network, no internet connection. i looked up a bunch of solutions and nothing helped. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they know a possible solution.
    Thanks
    Here is the config information:

Can you please run ipconfig /all at an administrative command prompt? Post your results here, and we'll see if anything interesting shows up.

So should i disconnect from the wifi, and how would i disable the network card?
    Thanks

The 169 addresses are APIPA, Automatic Private IP Addressing, a Microsoft scheme that comes into play when the interface can't get an IP address from DHCP. Notice also that you only have a LInk-local IPv6 address. On a working link with DHCP, you'd show an IPv4 address with your private address range 192.168... and both IPv6 Address and Temporary IPv6 Address. Something weird is going on with your wired Ethernet connections , but if you're not using them, that may not matter. To disable the card, find it in Device Manager, Network adapters, then right-click the entry, and select "Disable" from the resulting pop-up menu.

Thanks for the response, the reason I'm using my wifi is because I can't use the Ethernet. From what you said this seems to me that this doesn't happen very often specifically with my issue. Is this something I should just hope it fixes later on or maybe get it look into.
    thank you

You can try giving your Ethernet a static ip and see if that work
    ip
    192.168.0.23
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    default gateway 192.168.0.1
    dns 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222

Wow, um its fixed, really appreciate the help. I think what kind of triggered it is we had a bad lightning storm, and my charger even broke the same day my Ethernet stopped, so i'm thinking it has something do to with that. Its fixed now so i'm pretty happy. Thank you both for the help, again really appreciate it.
