Windows 10 - Error 1068 - No sounds / No internet connection available

Hi guys,

I need guidance and help. Issue on Windows 10

- I have no connection ("not connected- no connections are available)
- I have no sound (the audio service is not running)

The clue might be here so:
For some reasons the 2nd keyboard icons disappeared (I added French, it was working well before). Before to reboot the computer, I disabled some programms when I turn it on to go faster (like skype etc, nothing important)
I installed winrar, downloaded some pictures from dropbox.

I tried some stuff I have seen online but I can't use:

* System File Checker sfc> the window crashes
* Update and security. >window crashes
* In some system thing, it should be 3 and sometimes written 4 for some people. > But for me that's already on 3
* Windows audio and WLAN config. I setup in automatic but I can't restart. >And when I start it crashes with error 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start
* I can't create a new user account

Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

I runned an Avast and Malwarebytes test. Nothing found.

I don't have any cd and I don't mind having windows reinstall and lose my files (already copied on usb)

Fill out your system spec's. Also you should not be running Avast and Malwarebytes at the same time. This is not a Malware issue, it is a Driver issue. How long ago did you install Windows 10 and what OS were you running before, along with did the devices work properly with the previous OS.

I have this computer for 2/3 months max, windows 10 home from the start then. I think I have made only one upgrade since I have it (I am not sure other upgrade were available).

Also I use it only for internet, words and powerpoint. I do not play any video games

Previous devices worked properly yes. Only connecting my Iphone5s.
Lately installed Garmin express (my cardio watch program), and Winrar. And unstalled Winzip

(I was running Avast first then Malwarebytes after)
