Trying to network share two HDDs; one will, one won't

I have three physical HDDs on my windows 10 computer

    Drive 0 = C: system drive
    Drive 1 = D: Data drive
    Drive 2 = T: Dropbox drive

The two drives I want to share on the network are D: and T:

I have set up sharing for both but I cannot access T: from any other computer on the network

Here are the network dialog boxes side by side.

They look the same to me, yet every other computer (six of them) on the network allows me access to D: but denies me access to T:

Is there something else I am missing?

OK, I didn't think of that. I thought the Security tab only pertained to users on the computer itself.

I found that T: didn't have "Everyone" listed, so I added it, gave it full permissions, and bingo

    Thanks for the assist!!
