Problem connecting to other PC using Homegroup.

I have Windows 10 installed on my Laptop and I have connected it to my Desktop PC running Windows 7 using Homegroup.
I have enabled Advanced Sharing but still I am unable to connect to my Desktop PC from Laptop.

I am showing a video regarding this issue :

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

It says: "The Network path was not found"

So this means the computer is off, or not connected to the internet (Sometimes it shows even though it's not connected). Otherwise, try contacting microsoft by phone or live chat.

Microsoft is ignoring all forma of communication from users. Or they want to charge you an arm and a leg.

Why send the OP off to somewhere else, when they have a large Peer group to help them.

The problem that the OP may be experiencing can be caused by third party Security software. It can be caused by a problem with Homegroup or even the problem that Microsoft introduced into Windows 10 late last year, which has been finaly solved.
