Did you check to make sure your WiFi card supports it.

Run this command to find out if it supports Hosted Network, If it says yes then it should work. What commands did you use.
    Code:
    NETSH WLAN show drivers

I had good results with HostedNetworkStarter from Nirsoft

HostedNetworkStarter is a simple tool for Windows 7 and later that allows
you to easily create a wifi hotspot with your wireless network adapter,
using the Wifi hosted network feature of Windows operating system. With
the wifi hotspot created by this tool, you can allow any device with wifi
support to access the network and the Internet connection available in
    your computer.

    I checked the drivers,
hosted network=No but before when I was using window 8/8.1 OS then it was "yes" but now I don't know why and how it's changed. I did not check before your reply because I was sure about this.

    tanks for reply.

I would uninstall the drivers Win 10 installed and try to install the 8.1 drivers. Or go to the manufacturers website and see if they have updated drivers.
