    No, that is just showing current network activity, even when you are doing nothing, Windows always does something.

    Aha alright just thought it looked weird when both sent and received were at 50+ billion bytes.

    Well I plugged a cable into my motherboards network port yesterday night and internet has been much faster since then, weird.
