Can you explain how you did that ? I don't understand how to do it ..

I am Mikrotik RouterOS with UPNP enabled , but I don't understand what I need to do in windows.

    Thanks
Since the gamers moved out I no longer have UPnP enabled on the router.

Here's a tutorial that can explain much better than I, use Option Two.
Add or Remove Allowed Apps through Windows Firewall in Windows 10
If in the "Allowed apps & features" list you see something like "UPnP TCP or UPnP UDP" & it is Not checked then check mark it appropriately.
As far as UPnP Device Host Container goes...
Looks like it's name has changed & is now upnpcont. You can use "Allow another app" to browse folder System32 & locate upnpcont. Add it too.

Windows 10 doesn't have UPNP TCP or UPNP UDP thing . so I guess it's built in.

Looks like a pandemic. I have it as well, only you're lucky, as my machine freezes solid. Then I have to run Hirens to fix the disk issues.
