    On the trouble shooter that gave you that message did you click on Repair as administrator (or something similar to that) If not run it again and see if that helps, Reboot the computer and run it again to see if the error is still there, One of my computers does the same thing but it still gets on the net. In my search trying to fix the problem I found about 10 or more questions about that, I have not searched for that in awhile but I will probably search for it tomorrow
