    My Personal Network Problems

I'm sure y'all've answered similar problems in the past, but I need help with my personal networking problem. I inherited a system with my computer (running Win7 Pro) acting as a server (even though it really isn't a server), with two peripheral machines running Win10 Pro. They were networking fine until I upgraded my machine to Win10 a few weeks ago. Now the computers are not talking to one another. I'm not sure where to begin because I'm BRAND NEW to Win10 and can't find anything. I don't even know if the previous network was a Public, Private, or Home Network!

Help! I've been drowning for a few weeks now and I've finally found time to ask this question. I'm new to networking and this whole "bulletin Board thing" so please go easy on me. I have to do my ACTUAL job now, so I won't be able to get back to this Board until tonight or tomorrow. You can see my system config. in my profile. I've been as thorough as I can be.

    Again, HELP!
