Thanks for the link. It seems my internet is completely out of use now.
Well I got a lot of good ideas I hadn't realised myself so I'm closer to the answer
I reinstalled Windows again and it seems I have Internet for now. I also found out my computer keeps shutting down the Internet on itself so I went to connection, opened the connection info, properties, then on the upper bar it says eg. Realtek wireless lan among other stuff, press the button below that which unfortunately I have no clue what it means in English..something like...define..it opens a new window and at the furthers right there's power management or something like that..it had a feature on " let computers hut down this utility save energy" or something like that, I click it off and I'm now waiting to see results. Net is still super slow but at least I got it back :P
Network Protocols (scroll down for simby;s post)
Simby's post to disable netbios solved my issue with limited/slow internet. (last 24 hrs at least)
Torre, thanks for the tip. My computer was working fine again yesterday but today I woke up to protocols not found.. I reverted the router again..now it works again..I have only wireless connection so I did t quite undertake how simby s advice would work for me..plus I didn't even find the bios disable setting things
Ive been resetting the router every 2 hours for it to work. I guess I need to buy a new router too. But I figured I shouldn't actually need it. The modem thing has a wireless option, which is bad, but I have some internet with it on my phone.

To find the BIOS settings Control Panel/NetworkSharing/ChangeAdapterSettings/Click on wifi connection/Select Properties and then follow the instructions in the link.
However, my issue with limited/slow internet reoccurred.
Probably not your router. My ISP sent me a new modem to no avail. You may want to visit the site of your computer manufacturer. They may have some tips.
Thanks for the tip and address, I'll see what I can find :)
