Multiple connections problem in Windows 10

    Hello, guys!
Please, help me out. I don't know what to do...
I used Windows 7 before and I not had problems with my internet until now.
After I upgraded to Win 10 I've got internet speed problems.
I'm using 3 devices with one router (My PC with windows 10 through LAN cable to the router; Lap top with windows 7 through wi fi connection and one device for IP tv through LAN cable to my TV).
So, all of my devices works well till I start downloading things from internet with my PC with Win 10. However, the internet speed of the other devices get very low and almost internet is gone.
I usually using U torrent. I have 60 mbit internet and usually I downloading with 5-6 mb/sec. When I start downloading with my PC I have 6 mb/ sec, after 5 min my speed get low and low, under 1 mb/ sec. The other devices had extremely slow internet speed during that downloading and their connections are almost gone. The lap top which one using wi fi cannot surf on the internet, my IP tv stopped streaming the channels, wtf!?
I not had problems like that before upgrading to windows 10. I stopped windows updates, deleted "One note" and stopped "One drive" in Windows 10 (I read about that in google). Also I upgraded my drivers, but still not help :/
What to do now guys? Any suggestions?

First, what is your PC make and model? Filling in your system specs would also help.

Did you update your drivers through Windows Update, or from the manufacture's website? I've read that Windows Update drivers can cause issues, and using the drivers from the manufacture might help you.

My problems comes when I start downloading torrents or other stuff with my PC with win 10 ( I using LAN cable from my PC to my router). Then my speed get extremely low on the other devices ( IP tv and the lap top) + my speed get low from 6 mb/ sec to 400-800 kib/ sec on my PC...

Try downloading the driver from Gigabyte's website here. Then, go to Device Manager, and under the category "Network Adapters", right click-uninstall your Realtek device. Then, run the .exe you downloaded. I recommend setting it to extract to somewhere like your desktop so it'll be easier to find, and when it's finished, open the folder it created. Run the setup.exe in that folder. Then, restart your PC and try to download something, and see if anything has changed.

You might also try a reset/power cycle on your router. Unplug the power cord from the back of the router, leave it unplugged for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and wait for it to boot up.

I noticed you said you were downloading torrents, does the issue happen when you are doing a direct download of a file?

Yes. When I start downloading any files/ torrents my internet speed on the PC get low and low (from 6 mb/ sec to under 1 mb/ sec after 2-3 min) and the other devices in my room almost not have any internet speed during the download process.
Something in my windows 10 eating my speed or limited it. Is there a chance the problem would be my router model?

Do you have any 3rd party software that might impact network usage in any way? Otherwise, I'm stumped, especially if you don't have the issues on other devices. A backup of your files and a clean install might be the next best option.

3rd party software like what? I don't have antivirus, only windows defender and my firewall.

Anything that would be possibly network related. I'm gonna assume you don't have any.

A clean install is what I would recommend at this point. Maybe someone else has an idea.
