It seems that the issue is not Windows 10 only. Maybe the Wi-Fi driver affects that. This explains why I haven't seen that while you have. So try installing a different Wi-Fi driver. Preferably an official driver from manufacturer's site, not a generic Microsoft driver from Windows Update. It's better to have an older working OEM driver than have the latest not-working-well Microsoft driver.
