Cannot access Network drive by IP

As the title, my Windows 10 Enterprise PC cannot access to my company's network storage at \\10.63.0.250. In the previous edition like windows 7 or 8, I can access easily by enter \\10.63.0.250 in the Address box in File Explorer or in Run windows (Window button + R). However, I have got trouble since I upgraded to Window 10. The notification is "The network path was not found", although I can ping to this and another PC can access the network storage in File Explorer.
    Help me, please!
    Thanks a lot

First make sure the Windows 10 PC is on the same workgroup as the others. Then make sure the network is set to home or work. Public blocks any local connections. Work is OK, but I would use Home for better access to shared resources. Then try to go directly to the shared resource, that is \\10.63.0.250\sharedfolder instead of just \\10.63.0.250

    Open a Elevated Command Prompt:

Press WIN + X to open Start context menu.

    Select Command Prompt (Admin).

Paste the following into the Command Prompt window, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

    cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping yahoo.com >> postme.txt & reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" | find /i "proxy" >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

    and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the contents here. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close. Post results in a reply here.

Your IP is 10.63.12.59, the NAS is 10.63.0.250 so you are on different networks.
Can you ping 10.63.0.250? I see you can do this.

Could this need an exception in the Windows Firewall or are you using some other firewall? What anti-virus are you using?

Yeah, my computer is in a different VLAN with the 10.63.0.250, but we are in the same network. As I mentioned, with the previous Windows like Win7 or Win8.1, I can access easily, but this problem has happened since I upgraded to Windows 10.
About the Firewall and anti-virus, I'm using Bitdefender Total Security 2016 and the Window Firewall is disabled totally.
I don't want to downgrade my Windows, Please, help me!
    Thank you so much!

As a test, disable Bitdefender and see what happens.

Really do not see what is so funny. If this is a employer system. You need to be talking to your IT people about the issue. There may be a reason why you are locked out of that VLAN.

If you doesn't like to uninstall / stop any programs, blocking or firewall. You can also try on this way.. from Control Panel, select Programs & Features, Open Turn Windows Features on / off, Locate SMB - File Sharing Support and SMB Direct and pls. make sure checkbox has been checked.
