    unable to share-account blocked

Hi - I am hoping someone can help me. I have folders in Microsoft OneDrive that I would like to share, but I get a notice that it is temporarily blocked. I need to verify my account by adding my mobile phone no. I would rather not do this and would prefer to have the verification code sent to email address but can not find anywhere where I can do this. I am hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction. I am using windows 10 pro x 64.

    thanking you
