Enable Win 10 to receive bluetooth files without confirmation?

Win 7 allowed this, but I can't figure out how in Win 10. I want Win 10 to "trust" my Galaxy S5 and automatically receive and save files sent by the phone. I send multiple files, usually photos, and having to go through all the manual steps for each picture is not working for me. I have Googled this and searched forums to no avail. Anyone know how to do this?

    thanks,
    Kenny

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

Have you enabled "Allow remote devices to browse, send and receive pictures, music and other files" in your Windows Bluetooth settings?

    Thanks for the welcome!

On my Bluetooth Settings dialogue, I only have tabs for Options, COM Ports, and Hardware. The "Share" tab is where that setting is and I don't have the "Share" tab. Any idea how to get it?

    Thanks!

The following was for a win8 system but the solution should be the same for Win10

I'm in the exact same situation.

The proposed solutions do not work. (1) The Bluetooth Support Service is set to start up automatically and is running. (2) The drivers are up to date.

Bluetooth is working fine. If I click the tray icon, and then "Receive a file", I can get a file from my phone. This is extremely inefficient and annoying when in need to transfer several files.

Thanks for the response, but that doesn't work for me. Same situation as jerdi13 above. The only way to receive files is to do each one manually. There "should" be a Share tab on the BT Settings dialogue. There isn't one for me, so could there be some "sharing" setting that is keeping it from showing up???

Here is a link to solving this problem, but requires access to the "Share" tab.

And you have confirmed the Bluetooth support service in Windows is set as automatic startup and is currently running?
