Windows Security Enter network credentials Whaaaa!? No NAS!

I tried connecting to my NAS I've had for about a year now and get this message from Windows Security.
Went to Group Policy and the outgoing NTLM is allowed.
    Also the SVB1.0? is enabled.
I entered the password associated with the NAS login and no luck. So I tried the password for the NAS Admin account and no luck. I've never had this before so have no clue where to start.

Also I just bought a new router a couple of weeks ago then this started.

    Can someone help me?

    Samuria Thanks for your reply.
I woke from a sound sleep to realize I had wiped my profile from my NAS when trouble-shooting and repairing a reported bad drive. Rebuilt profile from a backup and all is good again. Your suggestion would have given me a solution.
    Cheers!
