Did a Windows Update break network connectivity?

I'm running Win 10 22H2, and at some point in the last month (maybe two), I went from having rock solid networking to having my internet become unusable once a day or so.

When this happens, I have no ability to browse, but I can still ping external servers (e.g. yahoo.com) just fine.

If I use internet for an extended period of time (e.g. web chat, youtube, etc... for several hours), then it's almost guaranteed that once I close that connection, I will be in this state.

A reboot always fixes the issue.

Originally, I was wondering if my NIC was starting to go bad, but then I realized that I was seeing multiple posts from other users about very similar symptoms.

So now I'm wondering if there was a windows update in the last few months that caused internet access to become unstable.

    Any ideas?

Not noticed any such reports- there's a thread per update in the News section with user comments following.

Have you perhaps had a driver update?
