Security camera LAN based with solar no SD card

Sorry if this is pushing the boundaries of off topic.
I'm looking for a security camera that I can mount and power from a solar panel, which connects by LAN cable (which I will be able to conceal given my planned mounting place), that doesn't use a SD card, doesn't require a cell phone (it will connect to a Windows 10 PC that will provide 24/7 surveillance), and doesn't upload to the cloud.

I don't use cloud or wireless.

I've spent months looking and everything either requires a cell phone, which I don't have, is wireless, uses a SD card or uploads to the cloud, or some combination of all of these.

I know it's a stretch asking given I've spent months looking, I'm just kinda hoping someone here has one or knows of one.

    I'm in Australia.

Some people may consider such cameras "toys", but I'm ok with a toy as long as it works.

have you looked at CCTV systems ? you can get a hole kit (cameras and DVR and cables). It records/monitor and store on the DVR . U can hook up DVR to a TV/monitor and see live while it records.
haven't found one with solar power though...
    hope this helps

    Hello,

Synology have something called Surveillance Station, on their site, they also have something to look up IP cameras.

Additionally, if you want to run a LAN cable, get a camera powered by power over Ethernet. You won't need a solar panel. You'll need recording software on your PC too. I've had a couple of different CCTV systems over the years, I have one now. It has a box with a hard drive where the cameras and a display connect, and it has Ethernet so you can view and control via a computer. It uses standard CCTV cameras. It was super cheap, the only expensive part is it eats hard drives due to always writing to the disk and it needs to be replaced a fair bit.
