Helps to know if you are using the ISP provided equipment or your own. Who is the ISP.

    Try this:

Go to Control Panel | Devices and Printers.

Find the printer, right click and delete. Now in the same window in Devices and Printers go to the top and "Add Printer."

Your issue may be an IP assignment with the new ISP, router or modem...

Have you either changed the router’s SSID & passphrase to that of the old router or changed the printer’s Wi-Fi setting to the new router’s SSID & Passphrase?
I always set my own so everything works after an ISP/Router change.
Did you check the Canon website also?
