What are these powershell scripts running on my PC? (event viewer)

    Yes, I've tried using malwarebytes (free scan), defender scans, and Kaspersky tdsskiller.

    Every other suggestion I've seen for adding GPE to Home has resulted in a GPE that only functions as a viewer rather than as an editor.
