    Access by ONE computer of four


    Five node peer Ethernet LAN all Win10 Pro having same account & credentials, one computer shares one partition.
    Explorer of all computers shows that partition in navigation pane folder named Network.
    ONE computer can use the partition, the other identically configured computers get "Windows cannot access...".
    In these latter computers I can use the partition by means of console commands.
    I am stumped by their Explorers' "Windows cannot access".

    You say you shared a partition by default it will be shared with a $ is d$ sharing it a second time can give problems when you can connect what account are you logged in with by default windows passes that by default if you use a $ share you have to be admin on the pc your connecting to
