If this is via your phone then your phone may not have a decent connection...

Some email clients aren’t working well with Yahoo - the iPhone/iPad built in mail app is one, while other email clients can show Yahoo & related email accounts as garbled text.
Was the account set up automatically using the Yahoo option?
Do you have good Wi-Fi/Cellular connection?

Thanks, I’ve not heard any problems with Android.
We’re you able to send the message once you’re using a decent connection? If not then does the account use 2 factor authentication? If yes have you created an app specific password or did a box pop up asking you to sign in with your Yahoo details to confirm you wish to connect the account to the email app?

I’ll try to make things clearer.
Have you now sent the message? If not then wait until your cellular connection is more stable then try sending again.
If it still doesn’t send then the problem may be the account set up on the phone.

I am sorry but i didnt understood this post of yours.

I also uses yahoo mail website by chrome sometime also. This email draft was composed on yahoo mail via windows chrome but send by yahoo mail android app latter on my smartphone (EDIT I am suffering from memory loss, so i dont remember if i send the final email via android or windows)

Yahoo android app dont ask me for 2FA or password.

As i mention in my original post this is my first time that yahoo fail to send email.

Maybe my home wifi network had some problem at that time bcz lately sometime i experience problem with my wifi internet which also i never experience in past

Your router or modem may need to be updated or replaced. If that isn't it contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider). If you use 802.11g or 802.11n, Use only channels 1 or 6 or 11. If 802.11ac just use channel 40.

Many people update Windows and everything else under the sun but fail to update the most important of them all: the router or modem. And therein lies a major hack vector into anyone's network. That's why I just shake my head at people you tell others sharing your public IP address is nothing to be concerned about. Oh yes it is. If not for a hack but for an easy DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service). Nmap can easily do it with some routers... No real skill required...
