Windows10 pro not seeing WiFi connection

Hello world... I've got a Lenovo Y570 using Windows 10 pro. I use my Samsung Galaxy A11 as a data hotspot for my laptop. Until last week there were no problems with this connection. Recently I added another phone to be used only with WiFi data from my Galaxy A11. Somehow during the process of getting the new phone on WiFi I lost the connection to my laptop. I don't see my data connection in the list of WiFi connections like I used to. My tablet and new WiFi only phone both see my data connection and are able to access it.

I have done just about everything I can think of to sort it out.

1. Network and internet setting.

2. Device manager, network adapters.

3. Network status Troubleshoot.

4. Network connections, WiFi enabled and working on: Intel(R) Centrino(R) wireless in 1000

I'm out of ideas. I've been offline with my computer for a week tomorrow. I work online and have been able to move some of my work to my tablet but not all. Any help to get me back online would be very much appreciated.

Recheck the Hotspot settings on your phone. Some phones will only allow one device to use its hotspot at a time.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have 2 devices on the hotspot right now. I have always had at least 2 if not 3 devices on it.
