    This one has me stumped

My problem is, I have a windows 10 computer Version 22H2 and I have 2 smart TV sets connected to the internet via WIFI, well sometimes I do, this is the issue. When the computer is turned off, both TV's work perfectly streaming via WIFI, if I turn the computer on, one of the TV's disconncts WIFI, the other one works fine. obviously it is only the one TV that pulls this trick. The particular TV is a 32inch Hisense. I rang their support line last week and they have never heard of this happening before, so they were not of much help. I thought it may be IP confliction, but they have different addresses.
Any help on this is much appreciated.

    Just a thought.
Have you checked with your internet provider about your plan? It could possibly be your plan only allows for two devices to connect at the same time.

I dont think that is the issue as my phone plus my partners are also connected via wifi. Plus this issue was not happening until a few weeks ago.

Still, your ISP may be throttling the bandwidth.
I found out the hard way with mine. My "5G Unlimited" plan had a behind-the-scenes-without-telling-anyone throttling.
There is a class-action lawsuit in the making if we can muster enough people.
I checked the small print on my contract and there was no mention of it, until I called them.

Pretty sure this is not the issue, I have unlimited data on my plan.

My speeds are pretty well 100 percent what I am paying for no matter what time of day.

I would temporarily move the 32" TV close to the router and plug it in using an Ethernet cable. If it then remains connected, you can concentrate on what's going on with WIFI. If it still disconnects, then, well at least we know it's not a WIFI issue.

That may be a clue. If you move the TV close to the router, test with both hardwired and WIFI. Maybe its distance from the router is resulting in a touchy connection that drops when another device connects.
