Issues with my TP-Link Archer AX4400

So lets start things off. All of my wireless devices linkspeeds are capped at 54 mbps, how do I make it give my devices faster speeds? I have a few:
    LG Tv
Living Room Tower using a Archer TXE75E pcie adapter (AXE5400)
    Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
    Samsung Galaxy Tab S8
    Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
    Google Pixel 7
    Roku Stream bar
    Google Nest Hub Max

What can I do to fix this? This particular router does not have any QoS options and homeshield is off (I never turned homeshield on).

    They asked for the following

Speeds are recorded with speedtest.net in Mbps below

    1. Speedtest when connected to main internet source 555.81 D - 42.35 U
    2. Speedtest when connected wired to the router 532.40 D - 46.39 U
    3. Speedtest when connected wirelessly to the router (2.4Ghz) 17.31 D - 19.84 U
    4. Speedtest when connected wirelessly to the router (5Ghz) 25.73 D - 25.06 U
    5. Speedtest when connected wirelessly to the router (6Ghz) I do not know how to connect as I do not see a 6Ghz option..

    7. Wired linkspeed: How to check the associated/link speed on a wired client | TP-Link 1.0 Gbps

Really simple, your devices are only connecting to the 2.4ghz band.

Well it would seem that way... but as the screenshot depicts, the "tower" pc was connected in 5G. Anyways, I factory reset the thing after exhausting all of my other options and it seems to be working regularly again without that throttling anymore.
