Defender turned of completly: Everything allowed or everything denied?

Assume I disable MS Defender completely:

Is then EVERYTHING allowed or EVERYTHING denied?

Especially for sharing and access permissions from other computers?

    Similar question:
What if I disable UAC completely?

    Whats the default in absence?

    Last question:

Does disabling MS Defender have any impact onto the built-in firewall (rules and filtering)?

Disabling Defender has no impact on permissions - two different things.

Disabling UAC can have unexpected consequences. E.g. Certain programs that depend on that approving admin access then can't function as expected. Not recommended.

Depends what you disable exactly. The firewall is part of Defender.

If you don't want to be asked for UAC approval, and not break Windows at the same time, then change the default policy to automatically grant elevation to users in the Administrators group.

Option Two, Step 2 in this tutorial:
Change UAC prompt Behavior for Administrators in Windows

Again, it's not generally recommended. This allows any non-privileged app to promote itself without asking.
