Is it possible to share dual band Hotspot in Windows 10?

Hi, I have my desktop PC in one spot of the house where the WiFi signal is zero, nada, but since there's a cable RJ45 I just enable Windows Mobile Hotspot and have a perfectly fine WiFi. The problem is, I connect a lot of different devices, sometimes old, and I am forced to use the 2.4GHz band.

Windows 10 lets you select 2.4GHz, 5GHz or Any Available, however, it looks like Any Available equals to 5GHz only. Is there a way to make this Mobile Hotspot DUAL band, like a smart WiFi, same SSID with both bands included?

However, as you have the pc connected by ethernet, why not connect the ethernet cable to a second router and set the router up as a wifi access point. The second router would need the ability to "merge" the two bands as one signal.

Yes, that's another solution, but I prefer to use the PC, another router means more cables and space, plus buying one... really not an option. Why can't Windows 10 set a dual band Mobile Hotspot?

Is there like a solid reason or it can be done if Microsoft wants to?
