Remote Desktop: “user account has expired”

I have a headless PC running Windows 10. I am trying to connect to it using Remote Desktop, but I get this error alert:
    -screenshot-2023-07-13-11.45.43-am.png
    It reads:
We couldn't connect to the remote PC because the password associated with the user account has expired. Change your password, or contact your network administrator for assistance.

    Error code: 0xf07
The user ID I set up on that PC has administrative privileges, and I never told the system to have the password expire. Why is it expired, and how can I fix that?

The default behavior is to have an expiration on passwords. You need to set the password to never expire or remember to change yur password periodically.

Right-click Start > Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Users > Right-click user name and select Properties.

I am afraid, though, that I (semi-) bricked it. There is no video output from the computer even with keyboard and mouse attached. I will have to reinstall Windows from scratch.
