Computer Can't See Hardware Connected to WiFi Mesh

I recently purchased a Wavlink Halo Base Pro WiFi mesh system. It connects via Ethernet to my Modem. It works fine and my phones and tablets can connect to the mesh wifi without any problem.

The problem is that my PC and TV which connect by different ethernet ports to the same modem can't see the devices connected by Wifi. This means that my phone connected to the mesh can't cast to the TV and my printer connected to the mesh can't connect to my PC, unless I use the internal modem wifi which defeats the purpose of having the mesh system.

It's as if the PC network just can't communicate with the mesh network although they are connected to the same modem. I am not very good with networking but I suspect there must be an easy solution.

    Your advice would be appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Chris

    Open a CMD prompt type
    Ipconfig /all
On the pc and one on WiFi are the IPS both in the same range?
Does the router have a settings user isolation or similar on wireless or security settings a lot have this set it lets hackers get to the internet but not anything local
