The option to disable offline files for Sync Center is greyed out

I want to disable Sync Center on a Windows 10 Pro Lenovo laptop. Upon going to the location to disable it, the button for it is greyed out (see attachment). This is the same case when I log into the computer as an admin. It is not giving me the option to disable it. Any help would be appreciated.

open services.msc as Admin and check Offline Files service is running.

It is running, and it is on automatic (trigger start).

I don't know why it's grayed, but disabling the service is equivalent to disabling offline files, so if you just want to disable offline files and skip button troubleshooting then disable service.
