    Google "Windows proxy server software".

Try Wingate once. WinGate Proxy Server. Web Proxy for Windows

The idea here is that you setup the proxy server on computer A running the other "server" and then on computer B you simply configure your browser network settings to proxy into computer A. Now you should have that "localhost" like environment.

You wanna use the SOCKS protocol.

    I'll try later, thanks.

    Gosh, that take me back.
I was using Wingate and its SMTP server with my dial-up ISP Demon Internet back in the '90s. It allowed me to have completely independent mailboxes for each member of the family. Good to know Wingate is still going strong.....

Demon Internet introduced extensions to POP3 that allow multiple accounts per domain...

First install -> reboot -> Wingate internal error...

    EDIT

Fixed, it actually works!! Now I can put the IP of the PC A on ANY PC B, C... with even a custom port of my choice and the proxy will serve me the literal localhost of the PC A, with all restricted options enabled! Thanks!

You're welcome. Consider leaving me some rep. LOL! I think the button is at the bottom of this thread.

Sometimes SSH is nice, but all it took was a proxy.

Rep given (I think). Now I'm trying to set up https connection instead of just only HTTP, but I'm not sure it that's even possible with the free license.

Probably not, and if if they do it more than likely is the paid for license with the use of a free Lets Encrypt Cert. Small price to pay for a software that does the job and well...

    404 - Rep not found...

Sorry, about the rep, is it the thanks button??

I ended up setting an Apache server with the reverse proxy option. I can now use HTTPS and even basic user auth! The only thing that didn't work is Apache handshake with the service's self signed certificate for HTTPS connection (I had to disable verification on Apache for a successful connection). Also, the service provides digest auth and I also couldn't configure that for Apache reverse proxy option. But it's less than nothing!
