Websites consistently default to incorrect region/language

I usually use Firefox but I've noticed this happens on other browsers as well (Chrome, Edge, etc.)

I'm in the US. I usually use Firefox and recently (a couple months maybe) different websites will default to the incorrect region/country/language. The country will be anything from Spain to India and the language anything as well.

Websites that have nothing to do with each other. Asus.com, Google search results, etc.

I've tried changing the region manually on these websites, clearing cookies/history, running anti-virus software (Malwarebytes & Win. Defender), updating Windows, restarting modem/router/PC, changing Windows region/language/clock settings, etc....nothing seems to make any difference.

Any help is appreciated.

Pop up> Choose allow location, not block.

Try several browsers.

Tried all of these except for contacting my ISP. Still no luck

by "still no luck",you mean you did contact service provider?

Reset router (hard reset button). Change DNS and reboot. It could be a DNS issue especially if you're using your ISP's DNS.
