extremely slow internet Win 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.2725

I have no clue what could be wrong all I can come up with is either updates or comcast is doing something to slow the internet to a crawl. It happens usually every 2 to 3 weeks usually on a wednesday and continues into thursday and sometimes friday I can do nothing with this laptop. Today it took youtube 2min and 25sec to load. WLM takes even longer and chrome is just as bad. Does anyone have an answer as to why this happens. I can honestly say it wasn't updates when this started yesterday. any clues?

How do you connect? WiFi or Ethernet Cable?
Check your internet speed. Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test If it is lower then the advertised speed you are paying for, then contact Comcast.

You need to examine your bill... offline or online.
Somewhere on the bill it will show you the speed you are paying for.

If you're not getting that speed... call Comcast.

Do you have any other internet devices? (ie) Smart Phone, Smart TV, Tablet, other computer? If so, run Speedtest on them. If all devices have slower internet speed then what you are paying for, then talk to Comcast to have them test your lines/

My onboard wi-fi goes from 802.11ac to 802.11n about once every couple of weeks. I reboot the router and I'm usually back to an "ac" connection.

I've been told that a weekly/bi-weekly reboot (router and/or modem) isn't a bad thing and it allows for the connection to fully reset.
