Try this, this should reset and clear most back to default

Open command prompt as administrator... Run this commands in order

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock
    netsh advfirewall reset
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /registerdns
    route /f

    Reboot the computer

I did a quick search, and there looks some kind of home made program. It don't say who is behind it and who is the maintainers
So i would never run that on my computers without knowing who is behind it or being able to look at the source code.

Hi, sorry I have not been around to answer all of you
I tried and tried and got nowhere
On top of not being able to go on line, I had some strange behavior of "settings", some buttons just did not work (system, for one)
So I am convinced I got some malicious .exe at work here

I'm going to make a new install of Win10 hoping it will remove whatever is ailing my machine
I hope all will go smoothly, else I might come back to you, but in a new thread in that case..
    So I'll close this one
And thanks again for all your suggestions !
