    Modem 4g


    hello to all,
    Thanks for any kind of help about this problem:

    i have some laptops that belong to ours students and they have some hardware that i cant find drivers

    USB\VID_1286&PID_4E31&REV_0100&MI_04
    USB\VID_1286&PID 4E31&MI 04

    after clean install is not identified and stays as an unknown mobile at interface whith no drivers.

    in a normal system they apear as a mobile mbim network adapter and i thik the driver is cxwmbclass.sys found in windows drivers folder

    winver 10.0.19045.2728

    can anyone plase help?

    You can use this procedure
    my ditty - search for drivers by HardwareID - TenForums

    It might be quicker to figure out what hardware the students have installed and search for its support website.
    It might well be a mobile phone connection or an internal SIM card.

    The students they cant install anything and the system is clean.
    Yes it is an internal sim card adapter for mobile phone connection.

    I think it is a Marvell chip but i cant identify witch one.

    So you are now going to search for its driver by using its HardwareID, I assume.
