One PC sees wireless printer as "Offline" -- the other prints fine

My desktop computer prints wirelessly to my Brother laser printer. My laptop used to, but now only sees the Brother as "offline."

I recently added a second printer (Canon color, non=wireless) to the laptop, but the problem began before that.

    Running Win 10 21H2 (build 19044.2604)

Go to the Control Panel | Network and Sharing Center | Change Advanced Sharing Settings from the left side.

Now, make sure Network Discovery is on (turn on automatic setup), and File and Print Sharing is on under the PRIVATE drop down as shown in this screenshot.

You should also make sure your network is set to private if you're at home.

On the right side of the taskbar, select the Wi-Fi network icon.

Under the name of the Wi-Fi network that you’re connected to, select Properties.

Under Network profile, select Public or Private

Is communication over the router, or do you use WiFi Direct?
Some time ago I had a similar issue with a Brother laser printer, where all devices were cable connected with the router.
With standard installation of a printer, Windows uses the WSD port. This is not optimum. My issue was solved after installation as TCP/IP printer. In that case, the printer should be given a static IP address.
