I really need your help people!!!

Ok, so I was being really stupid, and I updated my drivers through Ccleaner before researching it...

Now when I boot up my PC, my download/upload speed is BELOW 1/mbs.
If I turn the wifi on my pc off and on it will go up to around 20/mbs (before I updated, I was getting around 40/mbs), Of course, this only lasts for about 5 minutes max, and then it completely disconnects, and I have to start the process all over again.

I've installed most of the Realtek network (WLAN) drivers I could find, and nothing has changed. I've also updated all my drivers through the device manager, but still nothing.

Im suspecting that maybe ccleaner updated some other drivers that would interfere with the network drivers, but I have no clue man. I really can't afford another pc right now, so if anybody has any idea of what I should do, I'd really appreciate it.

    Restart your router.

    Network & Internet->Wi-Fi section->Click on the "Manage Wi-Fi settings"->Wi-Fi Sense all OFF

In Dev.Man check if "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power "......let it be blank.

    Run the Network Troubleshooter.

Locate the WLAN AutoConfig entry in the Services window, then right-click on it and choose Properties.
Change the Startup type to Automatic.

    Restart PC.

Try the other points in my first post too..

You may uninstall and re-install wireless network adapter from Device Manager.
To uninstall the wireless connection from Device Manager,
Click “Start”, type “Device Manager” in the Start search box and click “Enter”.
Locate “Network adapters” and expand the list.
Select the wireless connection, right-click and select “Uninstall”.
    Restart the computer.
Check if there is a new driver from Window, else reinstall driver.

To Add to what is being said, Press the Windows Key +X and choose Device Manager.
Expand Network Adapters, right click your WiFi adapter and choose Properties/Driver/Roll Back Driver to the driver that was working before.
You can also go to Settings/Network & Internet/Advanced Network Settings/Network Reset. This will reset the network settings for all adapters.
Check your internet speed with an Ethernet Cable

unfortunately these did not work either. would anybody know any different drivers that might mess up the lan drivers?

Simple- assuming you have either of these things... preparation is the key to dealing with disaster.

    a. Use a System Restore point created before this happened.

or, failing that, and no less drastic option helps: restore a disk image you created before this happened.

The routine use of 3rd party disk imaging e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) is endlessly recommended here...
so you can recover from bad things, even a failed disk- or your own mistakes.

So, what is your internet speed with an Ethernet Cable then?

    In CMD(adm)
    Type ipconfig /flushdns

Changing DNS server settings on Windows 10

    Go to the Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:

To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties.
To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click the Wi-Fi interface and select Properties.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.

Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window.

    Click OK.

Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers:

    For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.
    For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844.
