Lock screen slideshow

The lock screen slideshow presents an enjoyable random collage of all the photos in my system and One Drive when my PC is inactive. My old TV only receives mirroring through my iPad or a possible side-load of it onto a Firestick (if I could get that to work!) I have mirrored My Cloud photos from the iPad occasionally, but it requires each folder to be opened and then presents a mundane sequential order as opposed to the random mosaic collection with Lock Screen. Is there a way to recreate or "borrow" this latter presentation with another program? All the various photo viewing programs I've looked at only allow a limit on photo numbers, require each file to be opened, have no feature to create a shuffle, and have no feature to create a multi-photo collage screen.

A second ancillary issue that might resolve this is if I could get my PC to mirror through the iPad or the FireStick. The FireStick is recognized but won't connect and the iPad isn't even recognized on my PC. I've run a check and the system has the Mirracast feature installed.

With that scenario, are you thinking to just use your computer as a nice photo displayer (to your TV) when you're not otherwise using it?

Using my PC like that would do the job.
