    So that proves you have internet if you now do

    tracert adobe.com

    does it now work if you get the old error its a dns problem

    Tracert adobe.com still gives me unable to resolve error. It does looks like DNS error but on the Windows side and I don't know how this can be fixed if resetting network, changing router / provider, reinstalling drivers and changing DNS does not help.

    Anything in host file and have got any antivirus security software runnings that can kill it and you may need to remove to test often they use local proxy server to scan also make sure browsers arnt set to proxy server
