Lost Connection to Printer
I would like some help troubleshooting the connection to my printer. It was working fine and suddenly stopped.
It's an Epson NX515 printer wired to the router. Although it's an older printer, it worked fine until this connection issue popped up. The PC is Win10 Education version 22H2, wired to the router. From the PC, I can successfully ping the printer's IP address. I tried disabling the PC's firewall to no avail. I uninstalled the printer software and tried to reinstall it. It hangs at the screen where it tries to detect the network printer to establish connectivity. I rebooted the PC. I also rebooted the printer, modem, and router. For some reason, the PC won't find the printer anymore.
Like I said, it was working fine until recently. Does anyone have suggestions on what I could try to establish connectivity?
