two network connection with the same IPv4 DNS Servers

Hello there, i hope you're all doing great so i am facing a problem here, never faced before today i have bought a new Modem and i've signed to a new 4G connection company, as i used to have ADSL modem and another 4G Modem and i have been working with them in the same time on one PC with no problems using forcebind, when ADSL is used by Lan and 4G Modem by WIFI.

Today i have bought a new 4G line cause the company had a better offers than my old 4G, when i connect my PC to it through LAN it is conflicting with my old 4G modem even though that the old 4G is connected through Wifi, so as you can see here in the images below:
    Network — ImgBB
    Ooredoo — ImgBB

They're both having the same IP Address, the problem is when i want to access the Modem settings and i put on the browser 192.168.0.1 i only can access the new 4G modem that i bought today and it's connected through Lan and if i want to access my Old 4G Modem settings through 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 i have to turn off my new Modem so i can access it cause they're having the same ip addresses, what's even worse is now when there's no connection in my new 4G Modem it is interfering with my old 4G modem connection even though my Windows 10 is showing that it's the old 4G modem wifi is connecting but i cannot connect , it's like stopping my old connection from accessing internet even though it's showing that is the one that i am connecting to now. can you please give me a solution here or a hint thanks in advance.

192.168.0.1 is not on the same subnet as 192.168.0.1 so you can't reach it. Is the old modem connected to the net or not? To use both they need to be in the same subnet and different IPS on what you posted they are not the same.

Forget the old one for now turn it off on the pcs set DNS to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1. get that working first.

How is the old one connected is cable or WiFi not knowing make model we don't know if it has network ports or not
