Wrong IP address keeps coming up

When I log onto a website on my Windows 10 laptop, like walmart.com or homedepot.com they see my address as Atlanta, Georgia. I live in Burbank, California. This Atlanta address keeps coming up all of the time. I have cleared the cache on my browser, I do not have a VPN. How can I correct this?

Who are you using as a ISP? what does it show with https://where-am-i.org/ Your ISP is most likely issuing IPs out of Ga.

    bro67 is correct.

My ISP is the same. I think the only to stop this is to ask the ISP for a business contract instead of a standard domestic broadband one.

I do not think it is a big issue. The problem might be the website's ability to locate the IP address. Walmart and other shopping sites have a feature to assign your location manually.
