Windows 10 cannot be used on 0.3mb/s speed

Here is a scenario, which no-one seems to have noticed to date. I have a connection speed of 35-48 kb's per second, remember the old dial-up modems from the past.
I can get up to almost 1/2 meg per second , if lucky, but mostly 0.23 megs is normal.
It means i cannot live stream or even open some websites until it fully downloads into the browser.

This has rendered windows 10/11 file sharing OS useless and unable to be used on the internet. Spoke to Microsoft and all they said is nothing they can or will do about this problem.
It steals my internet connection, and I have tried for over 3 years now to see if any way of using the OS, and it has got worse, not better.
I am stuck with Windows 7 for ever, plus windows XP and Linux, not a problem, as they do not track, spy or force anything on me. After I worked out which updates are telemetry ones etc.
I also had to re-install windows 7 a few times to stop and remove updates designed to spy and break things like flash with planted time bombs on your OS disguised as updates, and a host of things designed to stop people using windows 7 any more on the internet. It even installs updates to actually physically write to your motherboard ROM chips, by flashing them on you, and most people are even unaware this is going on.
Some people have only noticed it changes BIOS settings, after Microsoft tried to state this is impossible, then again, years down the road, they had to admit this does happen.
Including Microsoft trying to tell us, we now do not own the OS, which is rubbish of course, as i bought the disc, long before they changed there rules.

This is a problem with using old copper cable from over 120 years ago to carry a signal, some 16 miles across country to me.
I live on a mountain top , and am one of the few in the world unable to use Windows 10/11 to date because of the way the OS is coded and designed to use your internet connection for everything, on top of if you are trying to use it.

You cannot stop Microsoft Windows 10/11 from using your connection, even if you think you can and have read forums saying, do this, and do this, bla, bla, bla.
Microsoft have even come out after many years and admit it will never stop using your connection, as this is the system they have deliberately designed to do the very thing people do not want it to do. file sharing, yet for us over the years it was and is illegal.

In case some are wondering, I have never had a virus or rogue code ever cause any problems for over 11 years now.
I also use Acronis True Image, and restore my windows 7 every month on disks, NOT a hard-drive that can also have hidden code ready to be installed, just for piece of mind, as only takes about 30 mins to be up and running with all my programs and data. I also removed and stopped the hidden partion from ever being allowed to install on Windows 7.

Windows 10 is NOT a new design, still using binary, and is 100% Windows 7 revamped, but new in the sense it now records and tracks the users every keystroke and every single file you make and create is now known and scanned.
It is pure spyware, nothing else. Built in part by NSA and other government agencies for the very purpose of spying on you all, 24/7.
Over the years I have seen many horror stories in person on peoples PC's and devices of this spy program disguised as an OS.
I am not sorry I have nothing good to say about this new spy program, but am happy with Windows 7.
I also do not need to put my personal data on any cloud storage for government agencies to troll through at will, and do not need to synch any devices in case as they say, you forget your password, and be bothered with the amount of data collection going on globally, from your phone numbers tracking your every move on the internet.
Micorsoft do not own the internet, we the people do.
I also have nothing to do with google near my systems either.

Hi, sorry to hear of your problems.

I don't see a question in your post, so I'm not quite sure what you want of your fellow users. Perhaps you feel better after describing how you feel?

You cannot stop Microsoft Windows 10/11 from using your connection
I normally see no background activity.

Please feel free to express your dissatisfaction to MS. Expressing it to your fellow users seems unlikely to lead to a response that can help you, as you're not actually using Win 10.

but new in the sense it now records and tracks the users every keystroke and every single file you make and create is now known and scanned.
Evidence? Or is this just a paranoid conspiracy theory? What is it that you think MS wants to know about you, and what evidence do you have that they've used it? Inevitably an O/S processes these things.

I feel you might be happier with a PC in a Faraday cage...totally cut off from the ouside world.

May I suggest Starlink? That will give you a much faster connection so that Microsoft can more effectively monitor your every keystroke and mouse click and reflash your BIOS more frequently.

Of course, my favorite is how they figured out how to modify your ROM chips especially since a ROM is Read Only Memory.

Thanks for putting a smile on my face this morning

I suggest you create a hat out of aluminum foil, and wear it so they can't read your thoughts. Then disconnect from the internet totally. Imagine the money you will save?! You can still write your manifestos on a manual typewriter and mail them to people thru snail mail.

Sounds like paranoia to me. Windows doesn't touch the BIOS, TMK. Sounds much more like a third-party malware.
    That's what "MoonBounce" does.

I was always under the impression that the uefi bios Secure Boot database files were updated from the operating system for security by default since 2012 and Windows 8.

Nothing I see in the OP rant as to a problem designed by MS. Unless the OP resides in Boston or other major metro's that may still for some unknown reason have paper and lead wrapped lines active, there is no way that they are on 120 y/o copper.

    Hi folks

Two tin cans connected by a piece of Green Garden String --

Rest of it is 100% Pure Un-adultarated Bovine Scatology -- not sure why I even wasted energy on keyboard strokes for the reply to the B/S presented by the OP.

    Cheers

He is probably still waiting for our replies to filter through his telephone modem.
